Matinee Show • Doors Open at 2PM • Show Starts at 3:30 PM
Since 1999, the Mt. Baker Film & Art Festival has been the premier location for local and independent filmmakers to share their work with an audience of avid winter enthusiasts. For our 20th Anniversary we are hosting 2 shows!
As part of our anniversary celebration it felt time to add something for those who have grown up with the show and now have their own little skiers and snowboarders to spend their winters with up in the mountains. The Mt. Baker Film Fest Family Matinee will take place earlier in the day of our regularly scheduled show with all the same excitement one can expect at our evening event. There will be the same great local businesses on hand for a preshow Vendor Expo as well as special guests just for the kids. Of course there will be plenty of prizes being given away at both events! Come early to enjoy all the festivities and if you have not had your fill of films consider going to both shows!
Tickets available at Mt. Baker Business Office or Mount Baker Theatre in October 1st. $8 Pre-Purchase/$10 Day Of Event. Kids Under 2 are FREE on parents' laps, but still need ticket for entry.
FREE Admission For 2019-2020 Mt. Baker Season Passholders (including Kid ID passholders) to one (1) showing.*
Note: Your 2019-20 Mt. Baker Season Pass gets you FREE entry into (1) one showing (Matinee or Main Show). If you would like to attend both showings an additional ticket must be purchased.

As we find ourselves in Phase 2 in Skagit County I will begin adding activities from businesses who are opening up. Please support them if you feel safe doing so. We recognize that this is going to be a confusing period of time with varying opinions on what people should and shouldn’t be doing. For over 7 years, Skagit Kid Insider has been a reliable source of information for our community. We will continue to provide updates on the events and activities that are open under government guidelines. This does not constitute an endorsement of the event or a suggestion that we jump back into a “normal” way of life. Masks are encouraged if you are out in public spaces
